Time really goes by fast. I’m sure if you are reading this, then time is something your most certainly appreciate. Today we want to talk about what we have been doing for the past month. For the uninitiated, we’ll start by introducing what Learn is, then share more about what has been going on in the past month.
The Last Update
We titled the last update, Building Connections: NyayoZangu Learn August 25th Feature Update. The main focus of that update was to create more ways to connect Learners to the Instructors they are learning from. You can read more about it below.

In the past month, we have actually made some minor changes to the way we introduce the platform. Here it is:

Learn allows users to buy and sell knowledge content. As an instructor, you can share what you know and get paid for it. As a learner, you can learn about business, finances, relationships, leadership, and more, to add value to your life. Learn is part of our Product lines here at NyayoZangu, and serves to live up to our motto: Sharing Experiences And Opportunities.
The People Are Talking!
We love talking and listening to our users, which we try to do as often as possible. One of the most requested r features for the past few months was the ability to search for the content available on the platform. After a month of hard work with the team, we are finally happy to announce the launch of the search feature on NyayoZangu Learn!
The Experience
Next time you visit the platform, you will notice a newly added Search button on the top right, right next to the profile button. You can’t miss it! Since it is part of the header, this means that you can jump into search mode from literally any page on the platform.
The Search Page
Clicking the Search Page will put you straight into the search page. Straight out of the box, you will find some content that others have been searching for, so you already have a good place to start your search. At the top of the page, you will find the Search Box, where you can type your query.
How It Works: Full-Text Search Support!
The way search works on Learn, is through full-text- search. This means that you can search for any content that is on the platform. You can search for Course Titles, Course Content, Instructors, and Categories. This is the easiest way to find any content available on the platform. All you have to do is type in your search query, and let the platform do the rest. When you see the result you want to dive into, simply click the result and it will open the content you are searching for.

The reason for our naming scheme for this update is simply based on the potential that this new feature puts in the hands of both learners and instructors on the platform.
We hope that with this feature, we will have made it easier for our users to Seek Knowledge.
